Parochial Church Council (PCC)

The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is elected each year to work alongside the incumbent vicar in ordering the church, its life, worship and witness.

In all our discussions we seek to hold the mission of the church in mind and we are about to turn our minds towards investigating the development of a ministry team to share in the oversight of the Parish’s life. All our meetings involve an extended period of prayer.

It is our policy to give at least 5% of our income away each year over and above monies passed on to charities following funerals in the parish churches.

In 2006 the PCC donated £3720 to charitable causes.
