Saturday 10^th December

Christmas Crib exhibition: 10.00am – 4.00pm at Barnard Castle

An exhibition of Crib sets for all the family to enjoy: with carol singing, live Christmas music and seasonal refreshments. Bring your Crib set to be blessed.

Friday 16^th December

St Mary’s Community Orchestra Christmas Concert: 7.00pm

Free Entry: donations welcome. Bar open from 6.30pm

Sunday December 18^th

8.30am and 10.30am services for the Fourth Sunday of Advent at Barnard Castle

4.00pm Candle lit carol service at St. Mary’s Whorlton

followed by seasonal refreshments

Wednesday December 21^st

7.00pm Carol service at Barnard Castle

Come and sing your heart out alongside singers from St. Mary’s Community Choir

Christmas Eve

4.00pm A crib service at Barnard Castle

(children are invited to come dressed as a character from the Nativity story).

7.00pm carols on The Green at Whorlton followed by

the Christmas Gospel and reception of Communion in church

11.00pm  First Communion of Christmas at Barnard Castle
